Other than that, I don't know. But I too have caught quite a few Nurse sharks here in South Florida. WebbMake and thrasher are good eating many others are just okay but may require either a geat deal of work to make them edible or spice the hell out of the steaks. You can eliminate that with seasoning and dressing but I believe that it is not worth the time and effort.
